Flights

When booking flights we’re always looking for a safe good deal, but we have only that much time, if you know of other booking tools we’d love to hear about them too!

We usually start with the travel search engine Kayak that gives us a good idea of flights and prices for our itinerary. We used Expedia a lot in the past, but recently found better choices at cheapflights.

In US, Virgin Atlantic used to be a favorite. We were on their first flight to Las Vegas on our Death Valley trip and they had the nicest and least expensive flight at that time.

In Europe we liked our old flights:

A little note about kid-friendly airports, I was so happy to find a nice little playground in TLV, spotted another play place in BCN too, and I’ve always appreciated the Kids’s Spot and the art exhibits at SFO!

And a dwell note on airport design & architecture .
